A little preparation goes a long way
The aim is carefree exploration, so bring what you need to make getting messy feel easy.
Pack spare clothes
Bring a complete change of clothes for your child and a towel for the end of the session.
Tell us about allergies
Declare all allergies during booking so the relevant allergen can be excluded from your session.
Aim for 10 minutes early
This leaves time to settle in and hear any announcements before play begins.

There is no correct route through a Messy Monkey Makers session.
Explore freely
Move between themed activity stations, revisit favourites or take a pause whenever your child needs one.
Play their way
Touching, watching, scooping and joining slowly are all valid ways to explore. There is no pressure to participate in everything.
Share the moment
Stay close, explore together and enjoy an hour of child-led play without worrying about clearing it up at home.
Allergy-aware by design
Clear information at every activity
Every activity is individually labelled on the day. The label identifies whether it is taste-safe and lists its ingredients and allergens where relevant.
When an allergy is declared during booking, that allergen will not be used at the session, helping to reduce the risk of cross-contact.

A no-nuts business
We do not intentionally use nuts or nut-based ingredients in our activities. Please still declare all nut allergies during booking so we can review the session and communicate relevant ingredient information.
